This loft is located just 4 blocks off of Lake Hollingsworth.  It is situated on a huge double lot with plenty of road parking for several vehicles.  The oversized yard will accommodate large family get togethers, cookouts, sports and many other activities.

Scroll through the pictures below to get an idea of what we had before we started the remodel process.  We gutted the upstairs kitchen and bathroom.  We added 5" crown molding to the ceilings, custom kitchen cabinets, tongue and groove wood to the stairwell ceiling.  We also remodeled the bathroom in a nice gray tile as well as stone accent walls.  We completely updated the electric, added hardy board to the outside of the building and put a brand new metal roof as well.

Downstairs, we added French doors when we enclosed the unit.  New concrete to the floor as well as the patio space. We added tongue and groove whitewashed wood to the downstairs unit and beautiful vinyl plank floors throughout.  The space is outfitted with the latest entertainment options for your enjoyment.  55" smart TVs as well as uber comfortable beds and bedding.  This unit will sleep up to 4 people.  However, the bathroom is located in the upstairs master bedroom.  Downstairs bathroom will be coming in the near future.
